Liz Fiacco
Business Development, Game Designer, Chapman University, Digital Arts '12 Liz Fiacco is an entrepreneur and game designer with experience at game studios such as Obsidian Entertainment and Nickelodeon Virtual Worlds. She has strong leadership experience, from managing and growing a thriving Digital Arts Club at Chapman University, presenting at National Honors Conferences on starting an online Academic Journal, and directing Axle, winner of the IEEE Gamesig Intercollegiate Showcase. Recently, Liz and her co-founders Jessica Kernan and Lauren Gragg were recognized as a part of 2013's "Twenty Women to Watch" in the OC Metro, Orange County's business magazine. Liz has taught Writing for Games at the University of California Irvine, and is on the board of the IGDA (International Game Developer's Association), Orange County chapter.

Jessica Kernan
Creative Director, Art Director - Chapman University, Digital Arts '12 Jessica Kernan is the key creative member of Fallstreak Studio's team. She is a talented and dedicated artist, with studio art experience at Obsidian Entertainment and directing experience on short films and animation. Jessica has experience working with kids, as both a teacher and Lead Instructor at technology camp, iDTech. Her combination of backgrounds in entertainment and teaching in a fun environment makes her an ideal person for creative leadership.

Alex Solano
IS&T, Programmer - Chapman University, Computer Science '12 Alex Solano has many years in IT customer service and computer science, including professional experience in IS&T at Toyota Motors. He is knowledgeable about the latest technology, particularly in game and mobile arenas that keeps Fallstreak Studio on the cutting edge of distribution and development. He is a programmer, and is also excellent at articulating his understanding of technology to any audience. His ability to take and create high-tech systems and make them accessible to anyone is a key element of efficient game development.

James Fiacco
Financial, Business Development, Programmer - ASU, Barrett, The Honors College, Computer Science '13 James Fiacco has a passion for business development and finances and has taken a multitude of business classes at ASU in addition to his Computer Science education. His background in Computer Science supports his interest in business with a set of practical hi-tech skills and experience which aided him in winning the 2011 Department of Defense DC3 Digital Forensics Challenge and becoming an intern for the Associate General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Lockheed Martin. James' diverse experience provides a combination of financial know-how and technical ability to keep Fallstreak's financial management and strategic planning competitive in the modern environment. He and Liz have worked closely together as entrepreneurial partners since early childhood lemonade stands.

She keeps everybody productive and positive. Lauren has experience producing a number of games, animations, and short films. In addition to small projects, she has worked at large AAA game studios such as Blizzard Entertainment and Obsidian Entertainment. Lauren's ability to break down big picture goals into attainable steps is crucial to both project and business development.
